Message	been some web postings about the buzzing issue. Have you run a voltage check on the cars system? Car warmed and idling, headlamps on, what voltage reading do you get across the battery terminals? It could be just a bad part but easier to check if something else might be the cause of the buzzing. Saw an old posting about the issue related to electrical voltage problems.
